Because we are also running a real brick & mortar store alongside this web store, there is overlap on products. If we sell an item in the physical store that is also listed on this site (saddles, one-of-a-kind gifts) we will do our best to make sure that item becomes unavailable online. There is invariably a lag time, and if the situation does arise where the webstore is allowing the sale of an item that has recently become unavailable, we will, of course, refund any monies spent. (it is a bit reminiscent of "sneakernet" but that's the way it is)
